I came to ask for quests, but I also came to introduce him to you.

I am glad you did; it has been a delight to meet all of the Pokemon so far. I would be saddened to not be able to meet this Joltik.

[gives them both a little bow in greeting]

A quest, is it? Shall I make it something that Joltik can help out with?

He is a companion — he does not fight. He refuses to, in fact. [ which gets a chirp from Joltik. it's true! ] But that is fine.

[ Joltik then bows in greeting to her. Emmet looks over at him and chuckles a little. ]

Why not? Put him to work!

In that case, I shall make sure to not have any fighting in your task. Though I am not inclined to push for fights anyways. What abilities does Joltik have?

They are mostly electric based. He is actually verrrry strong, despite his distaste for battles.

Electricity, hmm. He would get along with my brother.

You must tell me if this is an unreasonable task. Can you put on a little performance with Joltik? Like a light show of some kind where he can show off his skills without fighting. It needn't be big, just something to entertain others for a little bit. It would be a nice way to lift people's spirits if they're still feeling out of sorts.

[ Joltik chirps, nodding! Totally doable! ]

I think he might even be excited.

I'm glad! I don't want to give you something that would be unenjoyable to do. But I would hate to give you something you've done before either.

Well, we certainly have not done that. Though he has been quite the ham for attention.

He is cute enough to get as much attention as he likes around here. Were you at the task earlier? Everyone was delighted by their eggs hatching.

I was, yes. Ours turned out quite nicely thanks to our group effort.

I saw yours! The little wings...I was a bit envious of the teams with feathers in that moment. But if everyone was charmed by the dokkaebi, then Joltik will have no trouble winning over the masses.

It really is a task that caters to his strengths.
